Company Overview:

The Company provides a thorough assessment of current operations, industrial processes, machinery, and equipment and makes recommendations for improvements, which may include basic equipment upgrades, extensive machinery replacement, or facility re-design and HVAC System Design.

Quaification:

2+ years of sales/marketing experience working with customers and dealers and/or product experience or events marketing experience. Data management / analysis experience. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience.


Responsibilities:

Parts & Service Marketing Consultant to a newly created team to manage the deployment of global go-to-market initiatives of Wear Products & Services for Construction Industries. By building a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive landscape, this role will support the development of wear lifecycle services for all customer segments and support the full go-to-market readiness for the portfolio of products & services in collaboration with of our sales execution team and product groups. This position will work with partners to ensure product development timelines are met to achieve the Wear business plan and will manage global workshops for our dealers. Wear products is an exciting space comprised of Undercarriage and Ground Engaging Tools. These products are critical to help our customers be more successful with Caterpillar equipment than any other brand. Coordinate and lead global dealer workshops for Wear products (UC & GET) You will be responsible for gathering input from our internal business partners in order to facilitate healthy dialogue with growth focused outcomes. You will be responsible to manage the action item list from the workshops to ensure key deliverables and asks are completed. Use data to gain insights that will provide our internal business partners with the information they need to provide better products and services. Lead the development of key services growth areas within Wear by creating easy and simple value documents for our field and dealer teams. Strategy development and support of a Wear Products e-commerce strategy Support deployment of integrated digital and product technologies in support of business growth (CTS, bucket pro, cat expert, foresight integration). Track and report deployment of services programs and metrics. Assist with development and deployment of the 4 P’s of marketing with all Wear Products New Product Introductions (NPIs).

Responsibilities

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Experience Required: Entry Level Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
